WEDDING INVITATION PACKAGES can simply include your invitation with a co-ordinating envelope or extra pieces as required: rsvp and gift register cards, next day invitations or information your guests need to know about your celebration.
ce.d.zign can put together your package just the way you want it.

If you live in the Dunedin area, we invite you to make and appointment for a consultation to discover the infinite possibilities. For those of you outside of Dunedin, we are experienced in long distance planning and can easily arrange your stationery by email, phone and mail.
As it's our aim is to make organising your wedding stationery as straight forward and hassle-free as possible, we recommend you begin planning at least 4-6 months out from your wedding day to allow plenty of time for the choosing and crafting of your design.
ONLINE CUSTOMERS
SAMPLES of any of the designs shown on the website can be purchased at the price given per item plus postage.
To place an order for a sample please complete your details on the Enquiry Form on our Contact page stating the name of the design you wish to purchase.

TO CUSTOMISE YOUR STATIONERY - let us know the colour theme of your special day and we will first advise you the possibilities available in your preferred design. We charge an additional $15 to customize a sample into the colour theme of your choice to cover the cost of the extra time and sourcing of materials often involved in customising a sample. As there may be variations in pricing for a customised design we will also provide a quote with your sample.
TO CREATE AN ORIGINAL DESIGN - tell us your ideas and we will put our creative talents to work. There may be an additional design fee depending on the work and materials involved. As part of the process we will email you images, design and pricing options so you can be sure we are creating exactly what you have in mind. If you choose to proceed with an order the design fee will be deducted from the total cost of your order.

PRICING
All prices shown on this website are in NZ Dollars and include GST and basic printing. Please contact us for the cost of other services available. The prices given relate to the design as it is shown on the website. If a design is adapted or customised, pricing may vary. All prices are subject to change without notice if there is an increase in the cost of new supplies required to complete an order.
INVOICING AND PAYMENT
Payment may be made by cheque, direct deposit or online banking. For sample orders, we will email you an invoice including details for making your payment. Your sample will be dispatched on receipt of your payment.
For Wedding Invitation orders we will send you an order confirmation giving a full description of your design and details or your order. At this time we request a non-refundable 33% deposit of the total cost to confirm your order. Work will begin on your order once your deposit has been paid or cleared (if paying by cheque).
When your order is complete we will email or send an invoice for the remainder owing. Your order will be dispatched on receipt of this final payment. All goods remain the property of ce.d.zign until payment has been made in full.
PROOFS
Before commencing work on your order we require your signature on final proofs of your items, to ensure all the details are correct. If working with you from a distance, we may also email you copies for your approval. It is important that all the details are carefully checked, as we cannot take responsibility for any errors in the text after final approval has been given.
DELIVERY
All products are made to order, so delivery times depend on the size of your order, the amount of detail involved and our current workload. As a guide, from confirmation of your order, please allow at least 3-4 weeks delivery for an order of 50-100 items. When arranging your stationery we will set a delivery date at a mutually agreed time.
On delivery, should you have any problems with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your product. Refund or replacement is offered only when the product is faulty or particulars of the order have not been met.
We cannot accept responsibility for any damage or loss during transit.
POSTAGE AND HANDLING
Postage will vary depending on the number of samples ordered or the size of your package. We will notify you of the cost of your postage.
MATERIALS AND PRODUCTION
All materials are subject to availability. Suppliers regularly change the products they offer and although we make every effort to ensure the materials shown in our designs are available, they can be discontinued without our knowledge. Should your choice be unavailable, we will notify you and endeavour to offer the best possible alternative. We will not substitute a material or design element without your knowledge.
Please be aware that you are purchasing a handcrafted product and small variations may be noticeable between the items. Many of our designs also include natural and handmade materials with variations of texture and size beyond our control.
PRIVACY POLICY.
Your privacy is of the utmost importance and any personal information submitted will be kept strictly confidential. Any design containing client images will not be used without permission.
COPYRIGHT
ce.d.zign claims copyright on all stationery designs created and text and images on this site. Any reproduction or copying is strictly prohibited. Custom design concepts remain the property of ce.d.zign and we reserve the right to use any design created for advertising purposes.
